No offense, Grandma, but this ain't yer great-grandma's harsh lye soap!

Today's soapers use scientifically-based methods of determining the necessary ingredients that make wonderfully moisturizing bars that clean and leave your skin feeling soft and smelling beautiful! All the lye we put is in guaranteed to be saponified into the most wonderful soap you have ever put in your tub. Or sink. Or, well, wherever you put soap.

The Lizard Skin Soapers use high quality oils to make hard, long-lasting bars as well. Each bar weighs a minimum of 4 ounces (often over 5 ounces, but who's counting?)

We make three basic types of soap for sale: Castile (70% Olive Oil soaps), Regular (a base of 8 different oils) and Novelty (made from a high quality premade soap base). All of our handmade and handcrafted soaps are suitable for any type of skin, in the bath, as a hand soap and as a kitchen soap.

Ingredients: Regular soaps contain water, coconut oil, tallow, olive oil, rice bran oil, lard, sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate, shea butter, hempseed oil. Castile soaps contain olive oil, water, sodium hydroxide, coconut oil, castor oil, shea butter, sodium lactate. Unless marked "unfragranced" or "fragrance free" they also contain fragrances.
